  1. CONTRACT

Contract staffing are the people who work based on the contract. It is a short-term method of a contract work. Contract work can be closed anytime. Employee based on the understanding the contract. This model is very much used in IT sector and many more industries. Many people come and go but work will continue without any disturbance.

They will have strong agreement and capacity between employees and employers to do their work. This agreement will be for short-term only. It can be few months and one or two years. In this employees will work only the time mentioned in the contract. After the duration mentioned in the agreement the working months and years can be extended by employers. Only good and capable workers will be kept to continue.

Contract staffing gives opportunity to control over their work. This method gives flexibility to both job provider and the employees to look for other jobs and new people. This flexibility allows many people to go for this model in their life as it gives more opportunity to go to different work with different salary for the employees. This contract model can be given to many teams in a same company or organization. This contract will bring more employees to the company based on the need of the company.

  1. PERMANENT

It is a long-time method for the employees. It is based on the qualification of the employees to the organization. It will give full freedom for the permanent staff. They will have own rules and regulation for the work place and they will enjoy more freedom. This job is permanent where one works for a client on the permanent basic and they will enjoy full benefits.

They will get monthly salary on time. There is a greater job security for the workers. Permanent employees are eligible to switch job to the wanted place in the same organization. There is more relaxation in the aspect of work and place for these employees. There will be a good relationship between employers and employees.

Permanent employees will get many benefits like subsidized health care, paid vacations, holidays, sick time and they get many contributions from the institution they are working. These permanent workers can also form their association to fight for their rights. They can work more years in the same place and will have promotions in their job.

Many companies will not have more permanent employees these days. This model is not more flexible to the employers. They cannot remove permanent employees if they don’t work well in the company. If the employees are good it is very good for the company and organization, if they are not good it will not be good for the company.

Permanent employees receive more respect from others than contract employees and temporary employees. They enjoy privileges from all the side but nowadays it is difficult to get permanent job easily.
